Buy Online & Pick Up In-Store

Q: Do I pay for my order online or in-store?
A: Whichever is most convenient for you. Orders can be paid online or paid for in-store at the time of pick up.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: If you’re paying online we accept debit & all major credit cards. If you’re paying in-store at the time of pick up we accept cash, check, debit & all major credit cards.
Q: How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?
A: Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that details your order. This does not mean your order is ready to be picked up.
You will receive a separate notification email when your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming to the store to ensure your order is ready to be picked up.
Please allow up to two hours for us to prepare your order for availability. Orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Q: How do I pick up my order?
A: You may pick up in-store or use curbside pick up.
For curbside pick up, once parked outside the store, please call us at:715-835-5733. We will carry your order to your vehicle during regular store hours.
Q: What are your store hours?
A: Store hours are: Monday – Friday, 9am-8pm; Saturday: 9am-6pm; Sunday: 10am-6pm. Holiday hours may vary.
You may order online anytime. Pick up is available during our regular store hours. Orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Q: Do I earn rewards for online purchases?
A: Yes, your online order counts toward any applicable product frequent buyer program the same as an in-store purchase. 
Q: Why are some online prices different from in-store prices?
A: Certain manufacturers have IMAP (Internet Minimum Advertised Pricing) policies set in place to maintain a competitive market. As a retailer we must adhere to these policies in order to continue to sell their products.
